When you access our web pages through a computer, or access our mobile web pages through a mobile smart terminal, download and use our or our affiliated companies' client software to use our services, we may read information related to your device, such as Media Access Control (MAC) address, browser name and version, language, geographic location information, device manufacturer and model, device identification code, operating system, resolution, telecommunications operator, etc.

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Send notifications: We may from time to time use your personal information to send important notifications, such as promotional notifications about related accessory activities, user offline activity notifications, and changes to our terms, conditions and policies.
• Provide location-based services: We or third-party service providers may obtain location permissions to discover nearby Bluetooth devices to provide you with services and provide accurate locations.
• View and manage your images and videos: You can access, view and delete photos and videos taken by the APP. The photos and videos you take are only limited to local access within the VIP handheld phone gimbal software, and we do not store them.
• Provide recording services: We provide recording permission application services based on your use of the video recording function to ensure the use of the recording function.
• Device sensors: When you use our product services, we will call the device's gravity sensor to identify and determine your device status.
• Acceleration sensor: Obtain acceleration sensor information to achieve app horizontal and vertical screen switching UI effects.

VIP strictly abides by the provisions of laws and regulations and the agreement with users under this policy to use the collected information for the following purposes. If we use your information beyond the following purposes, we will explain to you again and obtain your consent.

(2) After collecting your personal information, we will de-identify the information through technical means, and the de-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. We may provide partners with overall information on how users use and viewpoints provided through the software on the basis of eliminating identification information, so that our partners can understand the frequency, quantity and activities of users using the software. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, events that occur within the application, cumulative use, performance data, and where the application crashed. We do not link the information stored in the analysis software to any personal information you submit in the mobile application.

When you update your personal information, we will ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. Once we have sufficient information to process your request to access or correct your personal information, we will respond to your request within the time stipulated by applicable data protection laws. We usually provide these services free of charge, but reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for your data access requests. For more details related to personal information in your VIP account, you can access and change it by logging into your account through your device.

5.2 Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw your consent to collect, use and/or disclose your personal information in our possession or control by submitting a request. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you make the request, and will no longer collect, use and/or disclose your personal information according to your request. Please note that withdrawing your consent will lead to certain legal consequences. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw your consent for us to process your personal information, this may mean that you cannot enjoy VIP's products and services.

5.3 Transfer of Personal Information Outside Your Jurisdiction

5.4 Personal Information Subject Account Deletion

After a user uses the account deletion function, the function takes effect immediately. After deleting the account, we will stop providing products or services to you and, at your request, delete your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

6. Third-Party SDKs Involved

To provide and optimize our services, our App has integrated third-party SDKs. These SDKs may collect your personal information to improve our services.

• We may include statistical data generated when you use specific services (such as anonymous device-related information, daily active events, page access events, page access duration events, session events).

We believe it is the parents' responsibility to supervise their children's use of our products and services. However, our policy does not require obtaining personal information of minors, or sending any promotional materials to such people. VIP will not seek or attempt to seek to receive any personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that a minor has submitted personal information to VIP without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure the deletion of such personal information and guarantee that the minor unsubscribes from any applicable VIP services.
